Service Administrator (Maternity Cover)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to assist in the day to day running of the Facilities Management department for a well-establish company.

Established in 1974, the company provides high quality services covering all aspects of Facilities Management to its clients within the retail, commercial and industrial sectors

The Role:

This is a varied role working in a fast-paced office environment, duties to include:

  • Liaising with clients via email, telephone and portal to ensure they are kept well informed
  • Dealing with customer enquires
  • Scheduling of maintenance and service works
  • Ordering materials and booking hotels for engineers
  • Invoicing works at the end of each month
  • Organising compliance visits and updating of all certification
  • Processing all engineer’s paperwork

The Person:

  • Invoice experience would be advantageous
  • Flexible, with a positive attitude and approach to work
  • Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills
  • A direct and positive approach on the telephone is essential
  • Accurate data entry skills


  • Experience of sage Line 50 would be advantageous but not essential
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft package


Maternity cover up to 12 months

Salary based upon experience

Hours 37.5 per week, flexible hours will be considered to suit the right applicant
